Meeting in July?

I want to schedule a face-to-face meeting in July. I know everyone's very busy, and summer is all about summer reading and trying to juggle staff vacations, but I'd still like to get together to chat about the plan, answer your questions, and outline what we'll be doing over the next year.

I'll check the calendars in outlook for those of you who keep your calendars online, but what days/times are generally best for the rest of you? Wednesday mornings? (If so, how early?) Late Thursday afternoon? Let me know, and I'll try to juggle out a good time for as many as possible.
