Ok, ok...I hear you...A little compromise in length

Greetings WIGlets,

I'll admit the plan is crazy, crazy long and the tactics are too hard to read in the excel doc. Because part of the WebWorldPlan has to update the Digital Community Information Clearinghouse plan, I don't think I can cut much more of that, so...

For those of you who want to/have time to read the whole thing, I'm forever in your debt. It's like my own little version of Moby-Dick...anyone who will read it with me and comment has my eternal gratitude. Really--I need more people to read it and comment.

For the rest of you: I'll write an executive summary that includes an overview of the tactics as well, so you don't have to bother with the cumbersome excel spreadsheet (that does sort nicely, thank you and it's easy to up-date since it's also our workplan). I have to do this for Ad Council anyway, so I might as well give it to you all first.

If you're wondering what you've gotten yourself into: Not all of our work will be like this, so if you hate the reading/planning part and want to dive into the site review and testing, I promise there will be many more opportunities for that type of thing. I just have to put this plan to bed, and it's onto the content, design, review, and test, test, test.

Best,
Erica
